KNUST Echo ‘Fresh’A’Fair’ 2017 comes to an end despite postponment

For two years in a row, entertainment hub, Echo House has successfully organized ‘FreshAaffair’ an event that brings to students in Ghana variety of products to buy for school and to welcome freshmen into various universities in Ghana.

After a successful freshaffair organized in the University of Ghana, for the 2017 edition, Echo House in collaboration with the Student Representative Council of KNUST organized a mega one at knust.

Over the weekend, the parade grounds of KNUST became a one-stop market which made it ideal for all students both freshmen and continuing to shop for various products and had fun alongside.

The event started at 10 am with businesses displaying products for sale ranging from electronics gadget to designer wears, cosmetics and drinks.

Whiles students were having a feel of various products, men soccer games, Fifa 17 and lot more other games were ongoing.

Students were engaged in lots of fun activities. The fashion show was glamorous with brilliant outfits by various fashionistas. The event was expected to have been climaxed with music concert by some artists but could not come off on Saturday. So it had to be postponed to the next day, Sunday where the likes of Kwami Eugene, Kidi, Yaa Pono and others rocked the stage to wow their fans.

However, Ghanaian dancehall/Afrobeats artist Ebony was expected to perform, but did not show up to at the end. Are you curious to know why?
